1. Eligibility
Registration as a delegate for academic deliberations is open to Life Members and Ordinary Members of the U.P. Chapter of the Anatomical Society of India (UP-ASI). Membership is mandatory for participation in academic sessions.
2. Account accuracy
You agree to provide accurate personal and institutional details. Your registered email and phone may be used for official conference communication, abstract review updates, and programme announcements.
3. Conference registration
Creating an account does not complete conference registration. After login, you must submit a conference registration form, select your delegate category, and provide any required membership details. Fees and deadlines published on the Registration page apply.
4. Workshops & seats
Pre-conference workshops are limited. Each delegate may register for only one workshop, subject to seat availability and payment of the applicable workshop fee.
5. Abstracts
Abstract submissions must follow the published guidelines and deadlines. The organizing committee and reviewers reserve the right to accept, reject, or request revision of submissions.
6. Accommodation & travel
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation and travel arrangements unless otherwise notified. The organizing committee may offer assistance but does not guarantee lodging or transport.
7. Conduct & cancellation
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the conference. The organizers reserve the right to revise the programme, venue arrangements, or registration policies when required for operational or academic reasons.
8. Data & privacy
Account and registration data will be used only for conference administration. If face-matching of event photographs is enabled later, explicit consent will be requested separately during conference registration.
