RDASMC is a State Government Medical College with its college campus at Ganja, near Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, and hospital campus at Darshan Nagar, Ayodhya. It is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University and approved by the National Medical Commission.
The college has 24 departments, 90 faculty members and 100 MBBS seats. Its teaching hospital provides 24×7 OPD, IPD, emergency and trauma care, intensive care, imaging, pathology, blood bank, pharmacy, ambulance services and operation theatres.
